MINNESOTA STATE ARTS BOARD
Daniel Arzola is a fiscal year 2022 recipient of a Creative Support for Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund. Queer Haarlem Festival
Daniel Arzola has been commissioned by The Queer Haarlem Festival in the Netherlands to create the festival's image for the event held in September 2024.
The Queer Festival Haarlem is a new ten-day event that focuses on celebrating queer culture and promoting social awareness about gender and sexual diversity in Haarlem. The festival will consist of queer film, theater, performances, drag shows, and debates.
Permanent Exhibition in the Buenos Aires subway
Since 2017, Daniel Arzola has had a permanent exhibition in the H Line of the Buenos Aires subway (Subte), at the Santa Fe - Carlos Jauregui station.
This exhibition includes a fourteen-meter-long mural, designed stairs, and balconies, all part of Daniel Arzola's work as a tribute to the civil rights struggle and victories of queer people in Argentina.
